One simple answer, yes or no?
The spa was relaxing and rejuvenating. The spacious rooms had comfy beds, creating a perfect space to unwind after a long day.
Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected during my visit.

The spa facilities were well-maintained and relaxing.
The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful throughout my stay. The pool area was overcrowded, making it feel quite dirty and uninviting. Moreover, our initial room assignment was incorrect, and the reception was unaccommodating about finding a solution.

the hotel was just a few steps from the Gondola Lift and only about a 15-minute walk to the Holy Trinity Church, making it an ideal spot for daily explorations in Bansko, while I also appreciated the multiple saunas and steam room that were a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The one-bedroom apartment I had offered stunning mountain views, and that made mornings really special. The buffet dining impressed me daily with fresh salads and a good range of meals, especially the Bulgarian themed dinner with local dancers. it felt authentic. The spa facility was clean and refreshing after a long ski day, with well-maintained steam rooms. The staff in the restaurant were attentive but rushed my plates a bit too soon, making me feel a little hurried during meals. One downside was the Wi-Fi. it wasn't reliable inside my room, but the connection improved significantly in the lobby. Another issue was the cold breakfast, which I noticed even if arriving at 7:30 a.m. I’d suggest they find a way to keep the food warm earlier. The reception seemed a bit overwhelmed, not quite managing guests’ queries effectively. I appreciated the variety in dining but felt a bit neglected at times during busy hours. Overall, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the spaciousness and comfort of my apartment.

This was just a prime choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Bansko with incredible value for money. The spa facilities were clean and offered a relaxing afternoon after hitting the slopes. Try to get breakfast before 7:30 to avoid cold food.
